Ernest William Ball
Formerly with TransAmerica Financial Services and general
counsel/staff for a North Alabama financial institution with assets of $925
million, Mr. Ball is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law (J.D.). Prior to the
creation of Ernest W. Ball and Associates, Inc., Mr. Ball was a partner with
Ball, Neil, & Associates, L.L.C., and associated with Leo and Associates where
he practiced in the areas of real estate, business, employment and banking law.
He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of
Cincinnati (B.A. with honors) and Samford University (M.B.A.). A member of the
Alabama and Tennessee State Bars and the American Bar Association, Mr. Ball
practices in the areas of real estate transaction, business and banking law.

Kevin Raymond Kusta
Mr. Kusta is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law (J.D.),
where he was a member of American Journal of Trial Advocacy (2001-2003). During
law school, he received the Merit Award for Legal Research and Writing, reached
the Semifinals for the Donworth Moot Court Competition, and published a recent
development, Dean v. Riser: A Prevailing Civil Rights Defendant Can Claim
Attorney's Fees for a Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice, 25:2 AM. J. TRIAL
ADVOC. 383, 383-387. He received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Alabama, Tuscaloosa (B.A.). A member of the Alabama State Bar and the
Birmingham Bar Association, Mr. Kusta practices in the area of Creditor and
Debtor Law.
