Scott
Prior to her employment at Ernest W. Ball and Associates, Inc., Ms. Scott
attended Auburn University and was employed as a mortgage loan auditor
specializing in VA/FHA submissions and bond loans with SouthTrust Bank of
Birmingham, Alabama and a loan closing assistant with Ball, Neil and Associates,
LLC. Instrumental in the initial start-up of Ernest W. Ball and Associates,
Inc., Ms. Scott is the Office Manager, coordinates all purchase money real
estate transactions and oversees most other real estate closing matters.
Nikki
Nowlin
Previously employed at the firm Nowlin, Summerford and Lamar and the law office
of Mary Ellen Lamar, Ms. Nowlin attended Auburn University where she majored in
political science. Ms. Nowlin concentrates in pre-closing requirements, title
issues, refinance generation and coordination, as well as invoicing and billing.
Donna Cason
Prior to her employment at Ernest W. Ball and Associates, Inc.,
Ms. Cason worked eighteen years as a loan originator/processor for several
financial institutions. Ms. Cason specializes in post closing issues, title and
closing issues.
